This website is the personal site of Cristina Battaglia, an independent travel agent with Off to Neverland Travel, LLC; it is not the official Off to Neverland Travel website. This policy explains what information Cristina Battaglia ("I," "we," "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill out our trip planning form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• First name and email address
• Phone number (only if you provide it)
• Travel preferences, timeframe and destination interests; for family trips, the number of adults and children in your party and the children's ages; for couples trips, the occasion and party size

We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit, such as your device type, browser, and how you arrived at our site (for example, which ad you clicked). This happens through cookies and similar technologies described below.

How we use it

• To follow up on your request. We use your contact information and travel preferences to respond to you and help plan your trip.
• To send you email. If you submit the form, we'll send you a short series of welcome emails and occasional travel ideas and offers. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• To improve our advertising. We use the Meta Pixel (described below) to measure whether our ads are working.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party tools we use

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads completed our form. Meta may use cookies and receive information about your visit as described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• MailerLite. We store contact details and send email through MailerLite, our email service provider. MailerLite processes your information on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
• Website hosting. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which may collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate the service.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but ad measurement won't.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe anytime. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. You'll be removed promptly and in all cases within 10 business days.
• Access or delete your data. Email us at the address below and we'll tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
• Opt out of ad tracking. Adjust your settings at Facebook/Instagram, or use your browser's tracking protection.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any of them, just contact us, we don't make you jump through hoops.

Children

Our services are for adults planning family travel. We collect information about children (ages, count) only as provided by a parent or guardian for trip planning, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13.

How long we keep information

We keep lead and client information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or as needed for trip planning, plus any period required for business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're required to keep it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page or by email.
